Transliteration

Through Bhagavad Gita chapter 2 verse 51, Lord Krishna categorically defines the path that leads to stage of
Nirvikalpa Samadhi (state of absolute nothingness). A Jnani (man of wisdom) by practicing samatva (equanimity)
finally realizes that essence of spiritual life laid in negating karma to zero. This became possible by indulging
in karma nishkama karma way! Offering fruits of karma performed to God Almighty all the time, a true seeker of
spirituality finally gains release from karma bandhan forever.
The bondage of karma existed as long as travelers of spiritual path sought results
of their actions! The moment they realized that they were a spirit... a soul atman on its cosmic journey of 8.4
million manifestations... they indulged in nishkama karma yoga, offering fruits of karma performed to God Almighty
all the time! When our soul atman, the spirit within was master and controller of human life... all karma performed
by physical manifest self always belonged to the actual master, our soul atman within.
Geeta chapter 2 verse 51 clearly confirms continuity of life in cosmic system!
After life, past life was part of cosmic system. By practicing nishkama karma yoga (samatva yoga) human beings
finally succeed in negating their karma to zero. Negating karma to zero means us as a soul atman, the spirit within
gaining absolute purity forever! In absence of dross impurities within, the need for a soul atman to manifest a new
body now ceased to exist!
Even while maintaining a physical body, the soul atman finally reaches stage of absolute
purity! The circle of life for a soul atman finally comes to an end. Liberated from cycle of birth and death
forever... the purified soul atman in the physical manifest world is termed an enlightened one... a bodhi, a
Jina... a Mahavira! Gaining enlightenment is the highest stage of evolution that could be reached in human form!
The enlightened being, moment one leaves mortal frame... gains moksha salvation forever!
The Explanation

Lord
Krishna clarifies in explicit terms that path of spirituality can only be travelled by one who succeeds in
maintaining samatva (equanimity) in all phases of life. In happiness and in sorrow, in gains and losses when a
traveler of spiritual path succeeds in maintaining equipoise... one finally transcends complex process of karma,
finally negating it to zero forever! Souls' atmans keep manifesting form after another as long as a single trace of
dross impurities exists within!
The cycle of birth and death finally comes to an end moment one reached stage of
enlightenment (kaivalya jnana). For negating karma to zero establishing absolute control over five senses and mind
was necessitated. By acting as a true trustee of god, by practicing samatva (equanimity)... a true seeker finally
transcends worldly life. In absence of dross impurities within... the soul atman finally regains its lost original
pure prime pristine primordial form forever.
Lord Krishna within emphasizes again and again to indulge in karma but leave fruits
of karma performed to God Almighty. No matter how many times we read Srimad Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads or Vedas...
all these scriptural texts only act as a medium to reach god in present life. The stage of samatva can only be
reached by travelling path of logistics at each and every stage of life. Unless we indulged in contemplation on
teachings contained in scriptural texts, we could never reach stage of samatva!
Everything in field of pure spirituality has to be realized from within. Nothing in
field of pure spirituality can be taught externally. A spiritual preceptor, spiritual guru... spiritual master can
only act as a guide but the real work needs to be done by the individual self. Unless we cut across shackles of
karma... we could never reach stage of enlightenment (kaivalya jnana). Our part of karma is to be negated by us
alone; none in this world could negate our part of karma!
Religious preachers, spiritual masters who preached otherwise feigned ignorance in
matters spiritual! Enlightenment could never be gained otherwise. Karma needs to be negated to zero if we truly
wanted to become an enlightened one in present life. The willpower exhibited by Swami Vivekananda is necessitated
to crossover ocean of Samsara (worldly life) to reach god in present life. There was never a shortcut path to god
as many people world over believed.
Reaching stage of enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) announces gaining immortality
forever. An immortal soul, after leaving mortal frame never returns to material fold again! All immortal souls, all
enlightened ones after leaving mortal frame reached stage of moksha salvation and entered Vaikuntha (kingdom of
God) forever. Enlightened souls, immortal souls do not go to swarga (heaven) as is normally believed. Kingdom of
God (Vaikuntha in Hinduism) is a point of no return.
The stage of enlightenment in Hindi is termed Mukti (liberation from cycle of birth
and death forever).
